options and have a lot of food options available for you to eat. If it
isn't written down a person is more likely to stray from the intended
diet and possibly not follow the low carb diet. Diets take a lot of
practice and discipline in that they don't come naturally. Changing
old habits takes a while and a bit of conditioning. It won't be easy
at first to not eat some of your favorite meals but in the long run it
will be a healthier for you.
A low carb option does not mean that you have to cut all carbs
out. It just means that you limit the carb intake to a reasonable
number. It can also depend upon how much exercise one is doing. Higher
exercise plans can require more carbs as they will burn quicker
through the exercises. Lower exercise means less carbs burned and
therefor less carb intake is needed and handled by the body.
